Regina Romeo

Ms. Romeo is the owner and primary consultant at RRC. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources and is a former Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief Diversity Officer. She has worked for both large and small organizations and brings a unique perspective and real-world experience to her role as a consultant. She has also served as an HR expert witness in over 150 state and federal employment and labor cases. She is a Forbes author, keynote speaker, and hosts the “Office Politics Radio” podcast.
